Regardless of when you watch this anger management tips giving video, it will provide you with the mind blowing relaxation and a teaching on how to control the anger. The concept illustrated in this video is said to be “10-90” concept.

There are different anger management techniques. The one given through this video is with an example so that you can understand it easily. This can be your one of the free anger management seminars or anger management courses online.

Everyday we witness many moments which provoke anger in us. Situations can be small, big, important or non-important. It’s not actually the situation that causes anger in us but it’s how we react to it. To illustrate this concept, a fine example of a morning breakfast situation of a family is explained in this video. One reaction is full of anger which leads to series of bad moments throughout the day. Another reaction is soft which instantly solves the issue and hence no anger is generated which makes rest of the day go very smoothly.

Your comment on this motivational video on anger management will be highly appreciated. (By the way, one of the next motivational videos is on the concept of “Power of Appreciation”!)

  9. Osho Shivo says:

Everyone knows the dangers of anger. The person, who is an angry one knows it most. And he wants to get rid of it. More angry the person is, more he wants to get rid of it, as he has faced so many debacles in life because of it. But the problem is, that more he tries to get rid of it, more he is stuck. Why? Because programming of that anger is sitting in sub conscious. Hence, until he begins to work on cleaning up his sub conscious, he cant get rid of his anger, however hard and sincerely he tries. Remember, you can defeat anger, you can only uproot it.

Its amazing fact between “anger” & “danger” its not just a difference of but really it is a difference of “PERCENTAGE” that 10% ANGER can create 90% danger it means everything is disturbed by anger.

I like this soooooooo much its amazing and as you saying that everything is happening around us ” WE WANT VISION FOR IT “.

And we know that everything is created by people but if they can’t absorb it then it will reaches at “ANGER WITH D “,ultimately I mean to say “DANGER”.

So please keep it up and give us more than fabulous and create ideas for all the people of the world , everybody are waiting for new researches.
