This is Rajesh Chowdary Kanuri from Hyderabad, Working as an Application Developer in Fortune 500 company. I am passionate about technology which made me start blogging at TechCats. Initially I started blogging to gain confidence before I start up with my own Software Firm. In addition to this, I am eager to contribute my creativity and hard work to the blogging community and want to leave my mark in this fast developing field.

SpeakBindas: Welcome to Speakbindas. Tell us since when blogging has been a part of your life? Was there any motive or inspiration as a backbone of it?

Rajesh Kanuri: First of all let me thank you for this marvelous interview. I really can’t say when my online presence existed; initially I used to be active at Forums, Blogs, Social media and networking sites which created an interest in me towards blogging. I have been blogging from past 1 year as a guest blogger and later started TechCats and today it has become the most important part of my daily schedule.

SpeakBindas: What is your blog all about? Which topics you cover there? Is that you alone running/maintaining the blog, or have a team?

Rajesh Kanuri: TechCats is all about Computing, Internet and Technology. I used to blog about Tips and Tricks that enhance blogging, Social Media, Software Reviews and Technology updates. Although many of my friends encourage me to blog, when it comes to the Man behind TechCats it is me alone who maintains the blog.

SpeakBindas: What are the present statistics for your blog, i.e. number of daily visitors, visitors geographical status etc.?

Rajesh Kanuri: As a startup blog TechCats is performing well with 200-300 page views per day and if you check my Alexa rank it is into Top 100,000 when you average it for 1 month. Most of the visitors are from India, US and rest of the countries.

SpeakBindas: Is blogging for you just a passion or a medium for earning too? Does it help you to earn enough cash to quit a 9 to 5 day job?

Rajesh Kanuri: As I said earlier I started blogging with a passion to gain confidence before I start up with my own Software Firm. As of now I am not earning enough to leave the job but hopefully there will be a day for me where I will get what I expect.

SpeakBindas: Who are your favorite bloggers, whom you read frequently?

Rajesh Kanuri: My personal favorites include SmashingMagazine, Mashable, labnol, problogger, LifeHacker, ShoutMeLoud.

SpeakBindas: From the secret bucket of your blogging experiences, what tips you would like to share with the fellow bloggers?

Rajesh Kanuri: As I am new to the blogging era I feel that my fellow bloggers know more than me but for those who want to know something from me; blog regularly, avoid plagiarism, be creative while choosing topics and try to have a custom design at your blog.

SpeakBindas: Do you believe that blogging completes you? If yes, tell us how?

Rajesh Kanuri: I feel happy when I find my blog indexed in search engines which makes me more responsible and loyal for my readers.

SpeakBindas: What was the happiest and gloomiest moment of your life?

Rajesh Kanuri: It’s my marriage day, waiting eagerly to get married.

SpeakBindas: Say, you are sponsored to travel to 3 world destinations, where you need not to worry about costs for food, hotel or anything. Which destinations would you pick up, and why? Would you like to take someone along with you? If yes, whom?

Rajesh Kanuri: Swiss (For Chocolates & Snow), Paris (for Fashion), Mauritius (for Adventures). Would like to take whole family as you said I need not bother about costs.

SpeakBindas: Are you into watching movies? If yes, which fills your list of favorite ones?

Rajesh Kanuri: you can call me as a movie freak, a lot to name. but The pursuit of Happiness tops the list.

SpeakBindas: How has blogging helped you other than money?

Rajesh Kanuri: Posting articles needs a lot of research and that alone helped me out to gain knowledge and keeps me updated.

SpeakBindas: What would be the one thing you’d change about yourself?

Rajesh Kanuri: I am short tempered would like to get rid of it.

SpeakBindas: What is your deepest fear?

Rajesh Kanuri: I don’t think of it much; will go with my life on its own way.

SpeakBindas: If you could meet one person, dead or alive, who would it be?

Rajesh Kanuri: Bill Gates and will discuss with him about my blog and future plans.

SpeakBindas: Which is your favorite television show? Favorite songs?

Rajesh Kanuri: I hate watching that stupid box. I have a lot of melodies in my music box.

SpeakBindas: How much money do you have in your purse/wallet right now (including change)?

Rajesh Kanuri: About 4000, but why this question?

SpeakBindas: What is your favorite food? Any particular dislikes?

Rajesh Kanuri: Everything which tastes good and must mention is prawns.

SpeakBindas: What’s your take on the technological advancement these days? Does it make people’s life simple or complicated?

Rajesh Kanuri: I can say that current days technology made lives simple and the future is going to be much better.

SpeakBindas: Any special message you would like to share with your blog readers as well with everyone else?
