The story of Mr. Vasudev Rayvadera is highly inspirational. It talks about sever ups and downs of his life. The story starts from his native village. At the age of 14 he started his career as vegetable seller – a very low income profession. But there was something within him which was destined to take him up in his career. His skill of verbal communication was his strength, or we can say the only strength as there was no good money from his father’s side.

With his skill of communication he entered into business of commodity brokerage. He started working as a mediator for farmers of his village. He made them have good price of their goods by selling it directly to a nearby established marketyard. This trade became a boon for him and he started earning money rapidly. Success graph was sky-rocket and he earned such huge money that he bought acres of land & started farming in it. He became a landlord in a sense.

But as they say that time runs in circle. A turning point came in his life. Two years in a row came dull in a sense no good rain. Condition of scarcity arised. He had done extra investment even by taking loan from others to earn more money. But these two years made his all maths wrong. He faced the failure as no crop was harvested during those two years. He lost all money that he had and only that he came under debt too, such debt that he wasn’t able to pay. So he gave his premium farming lands to people in place of money. But still it wasn’t enough. There was more people whose payment was still due with him. He still had some land but that was not in a good position or was far away. So he was left with no chance at the moment.

And during this time he faced a very negative thought. He decided to do suicide with his family members – wife and two sons. He also brought such poisonous drugs at home. But then being so religious and a strict Vaishnav, he read a story in a religious book which talked about never giving up. That helped his confidence to up. But still he had no money so he ran away from his village.

From top, he straight away came down. Started living in a small rented place. As had no money, he started a small business of selling toys in seasonal fairs. He earned less, ate less. His life had turned. They were seeing the days that never had thought about.

But he was hardworking and a very faithful religious person. Once while he was going to a nearby well to fetch the water he saw some labours of a nearby company fighting over about his boss’ nature or something. He mediate there and solve the problem. That’s where the second turning point of his life came. The boss of company came to know about him and called him to his office. And then after some talk asked him that he is interested in buying land of a person who often used to visit him(Mr. Rayvadera). Mr. Rayvadera successfully acted as a broker between these two parties and sold the land. He earned good brokerage. From here, his new career as a real-estate brokers started. He manually prepared few visiting cards and gave it all nearby landlords. Again, fate came to his side and he gained success in the span of few years.

First thing he did after earning good money was that he went back to his native and gave all money which was due with him.

At present he is spending a very good life in Rajkot as a real-estate broker, consultant and investor too. He lives in a luxurious house that he had built. Being a religious person he regularly visits Haveli and worships Lord Krishna.

His story tells that no matter how deep your dug with failure, an opportunity will come which can take you again at the shore of success.
