My blog is indeed my biggest enemy: Pro Vamsi

Hey, this is Vamsi alias Pro Vamsi. I blog for Internet Tomorrow (http://www.itomo.org/) and India 365 – http://www.india365.org/, there are few more I can mention but, I’m afraid I cannot mention all of them here. So, our mother earth is bearing me ever since 29th January 1987 and I wish she continues doing so few more decades, I know she would. I’m a qualified B.E Computer Science Graduate from Chennai who is currently residing at the same place. However, I’m basically from a small town named Anakapalle near Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Need to mention this or else something would really go wrong with my friends.) Now, I don’t have any specific hobby, I just follow my heart and enjoy doing what it says.

Interview

Q1: Welcome to Speakbindas. Tell us since when blogging has been a part of your life? Was there any motive or inspiration as a backbone of it?

  • A1: I introduced myself to the Internet Community way back on September 2nd1969 when the Internet was born (lol just kidding). Well, I don’t remember the exact date and time but, I remember that everything started for me just before May 2008 when I launched Internet Tomorrow (http://www.itomo.org ) as a blogspot blog. The only thought I had when I started the blog is to make some bucks from the Internet, later on I recognized the importance of helping others and keeping them happy. So far, I think I’m doing my job very well.

Q2: What is your blog all about? Which topics you cover there? Is that you alone running/maintaining the blog, or have a team?

  • A2: There is no restriction to any of my blogs. I blog about what I like, because “I just follow my heart and enjoy doing what it says” I write about anything my heart says to blog and talking about my team, “I’m a One Man Army.”

Q3: Is blogging for you just a passion or a medium for earning too? Does it help you to earn enough cash to quit a 9 to 5 day job?

  • A3: If I say I’m blogging just for fun or passion then, it would definitely be a lie. However, money is not everything for me. My primary focus is to entertain people by giving the best possible resources and to make them happy. If you can throw your heart over the fence and try doing something to the public, the result should always follow you. So far that’s what has happened to me. The equation is very simple, I’m doing something to the Internet Community and in return they are giving me something.

Q4: From the secret bucket of your blogging experiences, what tips you would like to share with the fellow bloggers?

  • A4: No tips but, one very good advice. Find your joy, and share it with others. I mean, if you like something on internet that makes you feel happy, then just share it through your blog or some social networking sites.

Q5: Do you believe that blogging completes you? If yes, tell us how?

  • A5: Well No. Blogging is not everything for me, what’s important is that, I should enjoy what I do and help other’s enjoy with what I’ve done to them.

Q6: What was the happiest and gloomiest moment of your life?

  • A6: I don’t get excited for something too often and the converse is also true. So obviously there is no happiest and gloomiest moment in my life. It just remains constant all the time.

Q7: Say, you are sponsored to travel to 3 world destinations, where you need not to worry about costs for food, hotel or anything. Which destinations would you pick up, and why? Would you like to take someone along with you? If yes, whom?

  • A7: Free trip!!! WOW, something to think about very seriously.
  • My destinations would be; Australia, UK and Switzerland.
  • And talking about my companion, well, I got to say that I wouldn’t dare to pick my Girl friend for sure. Sorry honey, if you happen to see this interview. I would consider my brother and my closest friend Nalin.

Q8: Are you into watching movies? If yes, which fills your list of favorite ones?

  • A8: Yes, I do.’2012′ is my latest and current favorite.

Q9: How has blogging helped you other than money?

  • A9: My blog is indeed my biggest enemy, at least for the time being. I don’t have a proper job because of it. I spent lot of time for it in the past and as a result, I couldn’t grab a job while I was studying. I should say, it is my greatest strength and also my weakness.

Q10: What would be the one thing you’d change about yourself?

  • A10: Laziness. Most often people say (including my dad), that “I’m Exceptional but, Lazy”.

Q11: What is your deepest fear?

  • A11: I’m not even scared of death, True!! But, let me tell you, if a barking dog runs towards me looking for something, I would simply start running like hell.

Q12: Which is your favorite television show? Favorite songs?

  • A12: Music: MountainofGods from Video Copilot Pro Scores Collection.

Q13: How much money do you have in your purse/wallet right now (including change)?

  • A13: Funny question but, I’ll answer it. It’s about 205.50 Rupees.

Q14: What is your favorite food? Any particular dislikes?

  • A14: For me, nothing in this world is as good as Cheese prepared by my mom. Dislike: “vegetable biriyani”.

Q15: Any special message you would like to share with your blog readers as well with everyone else?

A15: Life is short, Start enjoying it from this instant.
