• Brush your kid’s teeth before going to sleep. Gums that have been created from entire day’s eating – sweet food etc. would be removed.

• It is not important that how long you brush teeth. It should be done in a proper manner, i.e. in up and down motion and brush should reach to every teeth at least three times.

• Also brush the inner side of the teeth which we generally do avoid.

• Feeding should never be done through a bottle, as it creates many problems for teeth.

• As prevention is better than cure, make sure that you make your kids visit a dentist, twice or once in a year, say on his/her birthday.
