Kamlesh Oza

is a well known actor. He has worked in two teleserials; Khichadi and Baa Bahoo Aur Baby. His character of Bhavesh Kumar in Khichadi was really popular. He has also worked in few bollywood films such as Dil To Bacha Hai Ji (as a colleague to Ajay Devgan) and Gulam (With Aamir Khan). Apart from that, he has also worked with Sridevi in a teleserial.

He was recently in Rajkot as a part of Gujarati drama “Tamne Maline Anand Thayo.” I was invited by Jayesh Madiyar as a guest to watch this drama with him. I was indeed impressed the plot, direction acting of all characters of this drama. Kamlesh Oza performs the character of Vishal, a young, handsome and dynamic person who enters in a home as a fake lover of Jhanvi, a leading character of this drama. The play was full of comedy and at some points tragedy. But overall, it proved out to be a family drama.

In this interview, Kamlesh mentions a very beautiful thing about the profession of acting. He says “Never give up your studies to establish a career in acting. Side by side, complete your studies so in case, you don’t become successful in this field, you will have an alternative career option.” He is so right; looking at the current matrix of many television channels, teleserials and number of fresh actors, it is very competitive to sustain in this field.

It was interesting to know that he has not taken any formal acting training. It is his passion rather. From the school days he used to participate in stage programs. And with the passage of time he entered into professional dramas and films.

He is a very happy to go person in real life. He knows what he is talking about. Experience reflects in his words and body language. It was indeed nice meeting him, and we wish that his talent is utilized further by the bollywood Directors. He has got all the talent, and we would like to see him play a solo role in a film.
