I want to believe in eastern philosophy, as an Asian in America, but medicine demands some scientific evidence. How can organ timings be accurate when coffee and tea (you did not mention decaffeinated) are advised to be taken at 5 PM? Also no renal failure or urinary infection has occurred if I continue working after.
