Vasantbhai Gadesha is the Managing Director of Rototon Poly Pack Pvt. Ltd. which is based in Rajkot, engaged in production of gusseted pouches, plastic pouches, food grade pouch, high barrier bags, side sealing pouches, center sealing pouches, stand up pouches, DOY pouches etc.

He started his career with a small job in a mechanical company. His prime designation was of an accountant but his functionality was multi-tasking such as a sales manager, purchase manager, godown-keeping etc. He used to have a bicycle in his early days which talks about his financial condition. Today his company enjoys a yearly turn-over of around 15 to 20 crores Indian Rupees. Such is his path of success and growth.

Prior to Rototon Poly Pack Pvt. Ltd. he tested his hands on couple other businesses too such as of bearing production. And with the passage of time, by gaining experience and knowledge he started this industry which is now run successfully as a family business along with his two sons Chirag Gadesha and Devang Gadesha.

By nature he is quite a religious and spiritual person. He visits Lord Shiva’s temple every morning. Life of Lord Krishna amazes him a lot. He has read many books on Krishna to find out the secrets of his life-cycle. To him, he is such a great personality that the more you try to know about him the more awaits to be known. He is an avid reader. Going a step forward from personal reading, he gifts a good book to almost 200 people of his close circle on the eve of festival Diwali, in place of greeting cards.

He also devotes his time and money for the society by running a primary health centre which is run under a trust in Rajkot city. They provide health consultancy plus medicine to the needed people at a very low cost of Rs. 10 only. He believes that yet a lot to be done in health sector looking at its costliness.

He is also fond of traveling. Has traveled most parts of India including Chardham – ‘Gangotri, Yamnotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath’ as well thrice to Europe. To him the pilgrimage to Chardham is the best place to travel to, compared to all other places that he has been.

He loves his native-village Derdi (Kumbhaji) a lot. Even today he visits the same, spends time with childhood friends and relatives. He has also helped in building a temple there and visits it for sure whenever he goes there. Native to him is the place to recharge the internal energy.

His special message goes as “In addition to sparing time for ownself, let us also spare time to help others as per our capacity.”

    Its nice to read lot of unknown quality of vasant bhai as i know him from last al most 20 years as a friend supplier and guide He has lightened lot of peoples life and always worked in friendly atmosphere in a cammanding possition.commercialy i have seen very few people in a
