Interview – Chetan Rokad of Patel Builders

Patel Builders is one of the leading real estate developers in the region of Saurashtra, Gujarat. They have developed & built many high-rise buildings, in almost every kind of range, i.e. from 1 BHK to luxurious flats. Patel Builders is headed by the young & dynamic Mr. Chetan Rokad. It is indeed interesting to know that what fetched him in the field of real estate even after he had taken admission in physiotherapy.

He had gone to Bangalore city for further studies after 12th standard, but then he didn’t like it much and returned to home place on the eve of his birthday on 31st December. Co-incidently his parents were to go on a trip to Europe for two months and hence being the elder son, he was assigned to take care of ongoing building project in the city. At that time, he had no knowledge whatsoever about the construction process. So it all started from zero.

After sometime, by going regularly to construction site, he realized that this was what he really loved doing and by the time his parents returned from the trip, he had acquired all needed knowledge of the field. From there his professional journey started and he has never looked back then after. His company Patel Builders has built many residential sites in various cities of Saurashtra and many projects are ongoing. Below is the screenshot of one of their ongoing projects known as Skyline.

He is highly inspired by his father Dhirubhai Patel who had put trust in him and still it’s the same. He believes that there is very less generation gap between him and his father and which is the reason for his growth.
