Smile please

Smile is a dangerous virus, whenever we are seeing some one smiling, we are infected by that and we also start smiling.

I believe that smile is the most precious gift of great almighty, when we were kids we were laughing on silly talks, normal deeds. Then when we grew up we forgot to laugh, life has become a battle for everyone, everyday we wake up in early morning, then breakfast, rushing for job, lunch with colleagues, back to home, searching for best channel in TV, that’s it. That is our routine life. It is common for all, no matter which profession one belongs to, no matter how rich or poor a person is. Everyone is living like machines, always planning for future, but by passing time this way we are forgetting to live in present.

We are not passing time with friends, we are not spending quality time with family, and everyone is in hurry. No one is thanking god for giving them birth on this precious world.

Smile is a priceless medicine, which cures deceases. In big cities laughing clubs are doing well. If one is thinking that by being serious he will able to solve tough problems of life, then believe me he is telling lie to himself, instead of that try to solve problem as much as you can by taking help of friends. It works most of the times.

But face the problem with a smile on face. To make others laugh is the one of the toughest job of the whole world.

People who are having great sense of humor are more creative and intelligent because they are making others laugh, which is one of the needs in today’s stressful era. I have some examples, in our Gujarat; we are having two great writers TARAK MEHTA and VINOD BHATT. Both are around 70-80 approximately, but both are great writer of India indeed. They are still working and serving society with nice articles with real sense of humor. If some one has read Charlie Chaplin’s biography then one will know that he was not happy with life, every woman came in her life only because of money, but he got his wife finally who stayed with him till the end of his life, who cared and loved him with out any expectation.

Kishor Kumar

Kishor Kumar was legendary star of Indian cinema who got married with few very gorgeous actresses like Madhubala etc. All loved him because of his nature, he believed to live in present, he was having great sense of humor, he was professional singer, but we always remember his lovely, naughty and sad songs, which are unforgettable for all of us. He is one of my favorite stars cum singers. He was the great star indeed.

Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist who is widely considered one of the greatest physicists of all time. He was having great sense of humor, he said that it made him more creative and because of  it he got success in many researches.

This is his favorite quote,
“There are only two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as if everything is.”

Whenever I’m seeing Tom and Jerry, I can’t control my laugh by seeing it. I hats off the people who have made it so live, entertaining, which is  full of emotions like love, anger, comparison, ego etc in such a beautiful way.

I’m always seeing it whenever I’m getting time. It’s always great to laugh like kid without certain reason. I  believe in challenges, no one will get success without determination, without long vision but the thing is one can make it with happily, with smiling face.

It’s better to do some work with minimum resources; we Indians are having bad habit to complain for everything. But real thing is to make things possible in creative manner with available resources.

Many people are having blood pressure and heart problem. According to science survey, whenever a person is happy, whenever he is smiling, it makes all muscles of body relax. It increases blood circulation in body. So, it’s scientifically proved that laughter is good for health. Pleasant nature person always gets love and respect from others.

Today is the era in which people lust for fame, money, knowledge and position. So, let’s just spread our smile in this world so others also learn to smile in return of your smile. Smile doesn’t hurt anyone, it doesn’t require any single rupee if you are interested to buy it. It’s free of cost which everyone can give to society. Try to make happy people around you like your family and friends. Give them laughter medicine to take everyday at least 10 times per day to make them healthy.

So what are you waiting for? Forget your sorrow and struggle in life with smiling face.

  1. This is quite an interesting article on the benefits of ‘smile’ and ‘laughter’. You mentioned about Tarak Mehta and Vinod Bhatt. Good news is that, mostly next week, I’m to interview both!

Do let me know, if you got any questions in mind that you want to ask either or both of them.

SMILE…this is one topic which really needs an expression nd neema desrves an applaud to give it one..

a smile costs nothing but gives much…it enriches those who recieve without makin poorer those who give…
it takes just a moment but the memory of it sometimes lasts for ever..
none is so rich or mighty that he can gain without it…nd none is so poor that he cant b made rich by it..
yes it cant b bought begged borrowed or stolen for it is something that is of no use to anyone until it is given away…
SOME PEOPLE ARE TOO TIRED TO GIVE U A SMILE..GIVE THEM ONE OF URS..
AS NONE NEEDS A SMILE SO MUCH AS HE WHO HAS NO MORE TO GIVE

    i wish i cud stop all passer by …offer tehm a smile….nd ask them a try…
    keep smiling

  10. neema says:
